Exactly what I wanted

I make bread every few days which involves adding water to a bread mix. If the water is too cold the bread will not rise properly. Trial and error has shown me that the water needs to be about 27C . I wanted a liquids thermometer to check the temperature of the water and this 'tea' thermometer is perfect. It responds to the temperature very quickly. My only adverse comment would be that the case is hard to open. In fact, I do not close the case fully as a result.
