Data loggers record temperature (and in some models humidity) automatically over hours, days or months, so you have a complete record rather than occasional spot checks. They are ideal for fridges and freezers, stock rooms, transport and HACCP or quality records. Most of our loggers connect by USB and can be used with optional software and external probes.
