HACCP Professional Min/Max Thermometer 110mm Probe With 60cm Cable
Highly accurate hand held thermometer with large display and 11cm stainless steel temperature probe that is HACCP compliant. The unit is IP65 rated so it can also withstand water jets, making it east to keep clean by washing under a running tap.
The unit has a handy on/off switch, and an auto-off function, which over rides the unit after 15 minutes of inactivity to save battery life. There is also a function that enables the user to easily toggle between Centigrade and Fahrenheit at the click of a button. The selected measuring unit remains active even after the unit has been switched off.
The min/max function is activated by pressing the mode button. This will display minimum and maximum readings taken since the unit was last reset.
