Entirely happy with service and item.

First, I am grateful for the very polite and helpful lady who took my phone call (bcs I got stuck part way through the online order process, due to my old operating system).
Second, the item is perfect, exactly as described, a lovely big clear display.
For some reason, I cannot use your 'stars' (probably my ancient OS), but I score item and service as 5 stars.
