The thermometer has a practical On/Off switch, aswell as an auto-off function, which is activated after 15 minutes of inactivity – helping to save on battery life. There is a handy hold function, which can be simply activated by pressing ‘HOLD’ and deactivated in the same way.
There is also a back light, which when switched on, will illuminate the display for 5 seconds.
The user is able to easily toggle between Centigrade and Fahrenheit readings, at the simple touch of a button.
The min/max function is also activated by pressing the relevant button. This will display minimum and maximum readings taken since the unit was last reset.
